1)    What type of information do we collect?


We collect, store, and use the following kinds of personal information.


This includes:

  • Your Name

  • Your Contact Details (including postal address (for membership forms only), telephone number, email address, phone number)

  • Your Date of Birth

  • The Nakshatras and Names in which you would like to do the Archana, Pooja or Abishekam.

  • Name and Contact Details of Parent/Guardian (for Youth Member form only)

We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction and methods used to browse away from the page. 
We also process donations online via PayPal, whose privacy policy is linked here: https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full
We do not store the details of the method of payment (bank, credit card, debit card etc.). This is used by PayPal, whose privacy details are linked above. 

2)    How do we collect information?


We collect this information solely via information that you provide to us directly:
You may give us your information to make an Abishekam, Archana or Pooja booking, donate (via PayPal), register as a Youth Member, Seva Member or Life Member, or otherwise contact us.
When you use our website, we collect your personal information using “cookies” and other tracking methods. This will be further explained in Section 5 - How do you use cookies and other tracking tools?
Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

3)    Why do we collect such personal information?


We collect such non-personal and personal information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the services

  2. To create aggregrated statistical data and other aggregrated and/or inferred non-personal information, which we our our partners may use to provide and improve our respective services.

  3. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell and provide our services to you.
